Grant FAQ

Q: Does the Kress Foundation need multiple copies of my proposal?

A: No, one copy is sufficient.

Q: My university / organization currently has an application under consideration.  May we submit another application for a different project simultaneously?

A: Yes.  The Kress Foundation does not limit the number of applications that organizations may submit at any given time.  Neither does the Foundation place a limit upon the number of grants that may be awarded to a single institution simultaneously.

Judith with the Head of Holofernes_di Giovanni

Judith with the Head of Holofernes

Date: c.1490-95
Artist: Matteo di Giovanni
Repository: Indiana University Art Museum, Bloomington, IN

This panel has been shortened and the painted balustrade added on a separate piece of wood. Presumably the figure of Judith was originally full length.
